To create a secure, caring and stimulating atmosphere in which students can grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically and socially.
We believe in students, parents, and community leaders working together in partnership with teachers. Vicenza Elementary School supports programs that encourage parent involvement, building a strong parent-school partnership. Parent Night, parent teacher conferences, parent advisory groups, awards programs, classroom volunteers, parents as resource persons in the classroom and parent chaperones are just a few of the ways we build an effective parent school partnership in the day-to-day of our school.
Vicenza Elementary School, located on the Caserma Ederle, Villaggio Housing Area, in Vicenza, Italy, provides our students with many unique opportunities in the surrounding region. The base is just over 100 miles from Milan and 40 miles from Venice, two of Italy's most famous cultural centers. This location offers a complete complement of educational, social, commercial, and recreational venues that are available for use by civilian and military personnel, as well as their dependents.
