DoWEA Announces State Winners for the Presidential AI Challenge
In April 2025, an executive order directed the establishment of the Presidential AI Challenge to expand artificial intelligence education for America’s youth. DoWEA is proud to recognize 2026 Presidential AI Challenge State Champion teams in nine DoWEA schools.
Italian Language and Culture Club
This Italian language program offers students the opportunity to attend engaging classes where they will interact in Italian through fun activities, led by native speakers Lia and Samuele Poggianella. Sessions are held at VES from 2:45–4:00 PM on select dates in April, May, and June, with enrollment limited to 16 participants. Families are responsible for prompt pickup at 16:00, and a June 6th field trip in the Vicenza area will require transportation and an additional cost.
