AAFES School Meal Program Survey School Year 2025/26
The Exchange provides nutritious student meals below cost at OCONUS AAFES Exchange locations for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools. Whether you are a student, the parent of students, or school staff, your opinion about the meals served will help us to offer appealing and more desired meal options.
PTSA Highlights
PTSA has several events and activities coming up, including Valentine Gram deliveries, Popcorn Friday, a Food Handlers certification class, and yearbook sales. Volunteers are especially needed to help prepare and distribute popcorn, and having more certified helpers allows us to run student events and concessions. Family involvement makes these activities possible, and community support is greatly appreciated.
Vicenza ES Kicks Off the Olympics in Style
Vicenza Elementary School came together for an unforgettable celebration as students and staff launched their very own Olympic Opening Ceremony in honor of the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.

The College Board announced that 39 Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) high schools have been named to the Advanced Placement (AP) School Honor Roll.
DoDEA Career and Technical Education Month
DoDEA celebrates CTE Month every February as a reminder to students that Career and Technical Education programs are available to all those who want to pursue a college education; enlist in the military; or enter directly into the workforce.

National School Counseling Week will be celebrated February 2-6, 2026, to focus public attention on the unique contribution of school counselors within U.S. school systems.

The United States Senate Youth Program (USSYP) has announced that high school students Mr. Michael Carbone and Ms. Ava Ellis will represent DoDEA during the 64th annual USSYP Washington Week, to be held March 7-14, 2026.
