This Week's Cougar Cubs Highlights

Hello VES Families,

Hello Cougar Cubs! As we head into the weekend, we’d like to remind families that the tardy bell rings promptly at 8:05 a.m., and timely arrival is essential for a smooth start to the school day. With colder temperatures, please ensure students come to school wearing appropriate winter clothing and footwear each day.

For morning and afternoon traffic, safety remains our top priority—buses have the right of way, and all POV traffic will be held until buses have safely entered or exited campus. Families interested in volunteering to assist with morning and afternoon traffic for buses and POVs are encouraged to contact the Student Transportation Office (STO) for more information.

Please also be on the lookout for attendance letters that will be emailed soon to families of students who have missed more than five days this school year, whether excused or unexcused. We wish all of our Cougar Cubs families a safe, warm, and enjoyable weekend.

Warmly,
VES Administration Team

Balloons, Bots, and Broadway: A Parade of STEM Innovation in Vicenza

Vicenza students brought creativity and collaboration to new heights during the Balloons Down Broadway STEM Challenge. For the second consecutive year, this cross-grade initiative united Mrs. Lubba’s 3rd graders, middle school “Coding Captains,” and high school video production students in a hands-on learning experience inspired by the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
