Spotlight: Pre-K Fashion Show!

Our little designers recently took over the runway for a spectacular Pre-K Fashion Show, the grand finale to our deep dive into the world of clothing! Throughout this study, our students have been exploring how clothes are made—investigating everything from the "click" of zippers to the textures of cotton and wool. They’ve also learned the importance of garment care and how we choose different outfits for special occasions.

The runway was buzzing with style as each class showcased a unique theme:

• Community Heroes: Mrs. Gennero’s class kicked off the show in Professional Uniforms. We saw brave firefighters, dedicated soldiers, and watchful police officers—proving our little heroes are ready to save the day in style!
• Groovy Vibes: Ms. Decaro’s class brought a splash of color with their one-of-a-kind Tie-Dye creations. Their swirls and splashes brightened the stage and showed off their artistic flair.
• Pattern Power: Mrs. Lloyd’s class proved that "more is more" with a parade of Patterns and Prints. From bold florals to classic polka dots, these trendsetters mastered the art of the mix-and-match.
• Red Carpet Ready: For our grand finale, Mrs. Dulli and Mrs. Dickson’s classes brought the glitz and glamour in their finest Dress-Up Clothing. They looked absolutely elegant as they prepared for their imaginary walk down the red carpet.
